Here’s what our guarantee means when the truck pulls up to your house in Oceanside. What’s Covered

• Workmanship, for 90 days in writing. If something we repaired or installed fails because of how we did the work, we come back and make it right at no charge. That promise is written on the invoice you keep, not buried in fine print.
• Parts installed by us, the same 90 days. If a part we put on your door gives out within that window, we replace it. We don’t hand you a manufacturer’s phone number and wish you luck.
• The price we quoted on the phone. Otto quotes the job on the call and holds that number when he gets to your driveway. The price doesn’t change between the phone and the door. If we find something unexpected, we talk to you before doing anything else, and you approve every dollar before work starts.
• Cleanup before we leave. Your garage floor isn’t a dumping ground for old springs, broken rollers, or zip ties. When the job’s done, the old parts come with us and the floor gets swept. We treat your garage the way we’d treat our own.
• On-time arrival, or a call if we’re running late. We give you a window and we show up in it. If a job before yours runs long, you’ll hear from us before you have to wonder where we are. Nobody sits around waiting on a mystery truck in Oceanside.
• A straight answer about what you actually need. If the opener is straining, the problem is almost never the opener. We’ll tell you what’s wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can wait. We don’t sell work you don’t need, because we’ll see you again on Saturday.
